Far Cry 2 at Band Camp
I haven’t been posting for the last week because of complications from sore feet, stressed shoulders, and ever growing biceps. No. I have not been going to the gym on a regular basis.I was at Band Camp.
Now that we have my “lame excuse for not bloggging” over with, let’s get down to business. When I got home today, I was pleasantly surprised by the arrival of my monthly PC Gamer. The Cover? FarCry 2. A long awaited sequel to the original Far Cry. If the upcoming product is even close to what the original was comprised of, then I am sure I will be satisfied.
I began my love for the precursor during my stint at PC Gamer, where I used the game for benchmarking. With its gorgeous flowing graphics, I was enthralled.
Lastly, my source says that the game will be in Africa, which brings our story full circle, seeing as how the theme for our marching band season is Africa (The Serengeti, more specifically.)

As you can see, I am quite excited. Look forward to more updates about this work of art in the future.

Would this make a fine enough excuse to dig into the game? Tell me what you think. Did you ever play Far Cry?
